Kelleys Island Ferry sells round-trip tickets online, good any time in the season they are sold for. Kelleys Island Ferry collects tickets when riders return to Marblehead. Riders leave time to park and board, since an online ticket does not hold a place on a boat.
Jet Express boarding begins 15 minutes before departure, and riders should be in line at least 5 minutes before. The Jet Express has a dress code: shoes, shirts and pants or shorts, and no swimsuits.

The Kelleys Island Ferry dock is at 510 West Main Street, Marblehead, OH 43440. Drivers leave OH-2 at OH-269 North, follow OH-269 to OH-163 and turn east on OH-163 into Marblehead.

Sandusky ferry terminal parking and directions
The Jet Express Sandusky dock is at 101 West Shoreline Drive, Sandusky, OH 44870, downtown. A free public garage at 158 West Market Street is a short walk from the dock.
Some Jet Express boats also board at the Cedar Point Marina, where riders not staying at a Cedar Point property pay Cedar Point's parking fee. The Jet Express suggests those riders use its Sandusky dock.
