Thousands of bicyclists are expected on the Bainbridge Island – Seattle Ferry route on Sunday, Feb. 26.
Passengers planning to ride the Seattle – Bainbridge Island ferry on Sunday, Feb. 26 should plan for delays and limited vehicle capacity as more than 2,000 bicyclists head to Bainbridge Island for the annual Chilly Hilly ride.
Riders should expect lots of bikes on Seattle departures from 7:55 AM to 10:40 AM and on Bainbridge departures from 11:35 AM. to 3:00 PM.
Drivers should consider alternate travel times or routes.
Participants in the Chilly Hilly ride should follow directions from the WSF staff and Cascade Bicycle Club volunteers at the terminals and on vessels.
