Alameda Seaplane Lagoon Ferry Terminal

The Alameda Seaplane Lagoon ferry terminal, near the Alameda Naval Air Station, officially opened on Thursday, July 1, 2021.

The terminal is accessible via car, bus, or bicycle and, at a cost of $23 million, it provides commuters another option for getting to and from their jobs in downtown San Francisco.

Another option is the Spirits Alley Trolley, a free shuttle connecting the Main Street Alameda terminal to Seaplane Lagoon ferry terminal. It operates on Fridays from 4-10 PM and Saturdays and Sundays from 1-7 PM.
